How to Make a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Every homeowner who reaches out to Risingscenes Heating & Air should get a fair and honest experience. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to raise a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

Topics We Take Complaints On

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Risingscenes Heating & Air
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this website that looks unclear or wrong
  • How a provider we connected you with behaved

If Your Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one answers for its own estimates, pricing, equipment, warranties, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work done in your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.

Please tell us as well. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and a provider that repeatedly falls short of what we expect may be removed from it. Keep in mind that Risingscenes Heating & Air cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, issue refunds for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@risingscenes.lat and include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you dialed or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you would like

After You Write

We acknowledge your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Next we look into what happened, which may mean contacting the provider. Then we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Not Happy?

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with an HVAC contractor, your state's contractor or mechanical licensing board may be able to help too.
