Website Disclaimer

Last updated: October 2026

Please read this disclaimer before you use risingscenes.lat. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

Referral Only

Risingscenes Heating & Air is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent HVAC providers. We do not diagnose, repair, maintain or install air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps or any other equipment. If someone works in your home, that person is an independent provider, not Risingscenes Heating & Air.

No Endorsement, No Promises

Being connected with a provider does not mean we endorse that provider. We make no promises about the quality, timing, cost or results of any provider's work. We also cannot promise that a provider will be available to take your job in your area at a given moment. Each provider answers for its own licenses, insurance, certifications, warranties and conduct.

For General Information

The content on this website is meant to inform in a general way. It is not professional, legal, safety or financial advice. Homes and systems differ, and what fits one may not fit another. Talk to a qualified provider about your own situation.

About Costs

Any dollar figures on this site are typical U.S. ranges. They are not quotes. Real prices shift with the job, location, equipment and labor. Ask the provider for a written estimate before work starts.

Efficiency, Rebates and Financing

What we say about energy efficiency is general, and we do not promise any level of energy savings. We do not offer, arrange or promise rebates, tax credits or financing. Ask the provider and your local utility which programs might apply to you.

Stay Safe

HVAC equipment involves electricity, refrigerant and, in many homes, natural gas or propane. Do not take risks. If you smell gas or a carbon monoxide alarm sounds, get out of the home and contact your gas utility or local emergency services.

How Risingscenes Heating & Air Is Paid

Providers or marketing partners may pay Risingscenes Heating & Air when we connect them with homeowners. The Referral Marketing Disclosure has the details.

Accuracy of the Content

We try to keep this website correct and up to date. We make no warranty that it is complete or without errors.
